Guidance on Road Transport Law

Our Principal Mr. G. Quigley provides defence and representation for operators and drivers of goods and passenger vehicles (HGVs, LGVs, PSVs and PCVs). He can deal with a full range of legal matters they may face such as licence issues and Public Inquiries.

All Road Transport matters are currently carried out by our Principal Mr. G. Quigley. His hourly rate is £280 plus VAT. An estimate of hours required can be given at the enquiry stage though for many of these matters a fixed fee can be negotiated dependent upon the nature of the allegation and if representation is required by Mr. Quigley at Court. Please note that if he is required to attend Court, his travelling time and petrol expense @ 45p per mile will be chargeable. We would advise you of this and any other anticipated third party disbursements at the enquiry stage. In some cases, it may be appropriate to instruct Counsel and we would ensure to request an estimate on your behalf, for your consideration and approval.
