All Employment matters are currently carried out by our Principal Mr. G. Quigley. His hourly rate is £280 plus VAT. An estimate of hours required can be given at the enquiry stage though for many of these matters a fixed fee can be negotiated dependent upon the severity of concern. Please note Mr Quigley only provides initial advice and correspondence, if the matter continues and becomes a Court or Tribunal matter he will support you to find representation or it may be that you wish to instruct someone who can see the matter through from start to finish in the first instance. In some cases, it may be appropriate to instruct Counsel and we would ensure to request an estimate on your behalf, for your consideration and approval.

If an agreement is reached without going to Tribunal a ‘Compromise Agreement’ can be drawn up. This serviced for employees is chargeable at a fixed fee of £250 plus VAT which is often contributed by the employer as part of the agreement.
