Commercial Property is any non-residential property used solely for business purposes. If it is used to generate profit, rented out, used for investments or other purposes than being used for private residence, it can be considered as Commercial Property.

All Commercial Property transactions are currently carried out by our Principal Mr. G. Quigley. His hourly rate is £280 plus VAT. An estimate of hours required can be given at the enquiry stage though for many transactions a fixed fee can be negotiated dependent upon the size and nature of the transaction. We will also provide you with the price of any anticipated third-party disbursements/recharges/expenses e.g. Land Registry copy title for the property @ £3 per copy.
